Get to Know Us

How It All Began

Our decision to provide boarding services in our home began by a desire to provide a safe, friendly, and attentive atmosphere where your pets feel at home. Our dogs are family, and we strive to provide the kind of care we  want for our dogs while away. We know that an at-home atmosphere is the best fit for our dogs, and hope that you will find our home an optimal option for your dogs.

What We Do

When your dogs stay with us, you can expect them to be treated as if they are our own. We pay close attention to their needs, ensure they are safe, happy, and well cared for. We begin our days with some time in our fully fenced in yard, followed by breakfast and a rest. When ready, we head out for some good exercise followed by snacks and naps. Meals (and any necessary medications) are carefully coordinated to meet the needs of all of the dogs in our care. Play, exercise, and rest are gauged based on the individual needs and the end of the day culminates in a bedtime routine to help us all wind down and relax.

Kristi

Kristi has always been a dog lover, in fact, her first word was "pup"!

She loves all dogs and can often be found surrounded by her furry friends. She truly enjoys spending time with her dogs, learning about dog behaviors, and taking classes to help her strengthen her bond with her dogs. When she's not attending to her pups, she's working in the field of art education. With over 20 years of art teaching experience in K-12 and higher education settings, Kristi currently works for Davis Publications, Inc. where she coordinates professional development experiences for teachers across the country. Kristi holds a PhD from Lesley University in educational studies and has been honored for her contributions to at education at both the state and national level.

Patrick

A life-long dog lover, Patrick is currently a full-time dog walker specializing in off-leash pack hikes. Patrick enjoys spending his days at the park, where he brings small packs of dogs for hiking, swimming, and lots and lots of playing. Always willing to lend a helping hand, whennot out hiking, Patrick can often be found helping others any way he is able. He loves sitting by a fire with the dogs and spending time with friends. He also frequents hardware stores and is always looking to expand his collection of tools. See what he's up to on Instagram @PaddysDogs

Bella

Bella is a 10-year-old Cavapoo with a very spunky and happy personality. Even though she only has one eye, her vision is pretty good, and she does not miss a beat! Bella loves people and dogs, especially littles like herself! She can often be found playing with toys, chewing on ox tails, and walking with her friends at the park. Bella loves to cuddle and is happy to snuggle up with her friends and family. She's excellent at posing for photos (and totally knows how cute she is) and is often spotted wearing a pretty pink flower on her collar. Bella recently completed her Canine Good Citizen title, and we are so proud!

Iris

Iris is a 5-year-old Standard Poodle with lots of energy and personality. Iris loves to play with her favorite glow-in-the dark ball, and will jump for joy when she sees her favorite toy! She enjoys off-leash hiking and hunting squirrels at the park with her doggie friends. Iris loves people and is truly a sensitive and empathetic soul. As a certified therapy dog through Therapy Dogs United, she is incredibly happy to visit with those in need. In addition to her therapy work, Iris can be found at various training courses honing her skills in rally, obedience, scent work and more!
